TREATMENTS
Lymphatic Drainage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, precise technique that supports the natural movement of lymph fluid through the body. Using light, rhythmic strokes, MLD helps reduce swelling, ease inflammation, improve circulation, and assist the body in clearing metabolic waste.
Often recommended for post-surgical recovery, lymphedema management, chronic inflammation, and immune support, this work is also found to be deeply relaxing for the nervous system. In my practice, I’ve seen MLD help clients move through chronic illness flares, decrease pain, improve somatic awareness and feel more energized and spacious in their bodies. Some attest to MLDs potency while moving through grief and high stress moments in which deeper pressure is not appropriate for their nervous systems, yet they still are looking for a light, rhythmic touch.
Self-drainage techniques and simple at-home tools can be incorporated into your session if you’d like ongoing support between treatments.
Craniosacral Therapy
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) is a gentle, non-invasive hands-on practice that uses light, attuned contact to support deep regulation of the whole system. As the body settles into stillness, the tissues soften, the physiology slows, and an internal sense of coherence begins to return.
Rather than manipulating or “fixing,” this work listens. It attunes to the subtle rhythms, tides, and organizing intelligence within you. In this quiet space, long-held patterns of tension, overwhelm, and emotional residue can loosen and resolve at a pace that feels safe and organic.
Recommended for those seeking support in emotional regulation and trauma recovery, chronic stress and burnout, fibromyalgia and chronic pain, autonomic nervous system imbalances, subtle lymphatic and fluid movement, headaches, jaw tension, and other stress-related conditions.
Sessions often feel spacious, grounding, and deeply restful—an opportunity for your system to rebalance; an invitation for your inherent health to quietly resurface.
Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic Massage combines clinical technique with intuitive, responsive touch. Each treatment is tailored to your body’s needs, drawing from myofascial release, Swedish massage, sports massage and meridian theory. When appropriate, additional techniques and tools such as stretching, compression/decompression, acupressure, cupping or gua sha may be incorporated to support deeper release. You are welcome to communicate a preference of style/modality if you have one.
This work focuses on easing tension in the muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia while promoting circulation, reducing pain, and helping the nervous system settle into a more balanced state. Sessions can be grounding, restorative, and deeply supportive for both physical and emotional wellbeing.
Recommended for those seeking to unwind the nervous system, address chronic or acute pain, improve mobility and range of motion, enhance somatic awareness, and gently release emotions or stress held in the body.
Cupping & Gua Sha
Cupping and gua sha are time-honored techniques from Chinese medicine used to promote circulation, release stagnation, and support tissue healing. Cupping uses gentle suction to lift the tissues, improve blood flow, and reduce inflammation. Gua sha involves smooth, gliding strokes that help break up superficial adhesions, ease muscle stiffness, and support light lymphatic and fascial movement.
Both therapies can stand alone or blend seamlessly into other bodywork modalities to deepen therapeutic effect and encourage a more fluid, open state in the body.
Recommended for those experiencing chronic or acute muscle tension, restricted mobility, athletic strain, inflammation, stress-related tightness, or those seeking support for respiratory, immune, or fascial health.
Shiatsu, Tui Na & Acupressure
Shiatsu, Tui Na, and acupressure are therapeutic modalities rooted in Japanese and Chinese medicine that help restore balance, create space in the tissues, and support the smooth flow of qi throughout the body. These techniques use gentle compressions, rhythmic pressure, stretching, and specific point work along meridian pathways to address both physical and physiological patterns of imbalance.
Sessions are performed fully clothed and are especially supportive for regulating the nervous system, relieving muscular tension, improving circulation, and easing internal stress patterns.
Recommended for those experiencing chronic or acute tension, stress-related symptoms, headaches, digestive concerns, sleep disturbances, joint stiffness, energetic stagnation, or anyone seeking a non-invasive approach to balancing body and mind.

My primary location for private client sessions is Synergy Spine & Performance in Lincoln Square. While the front of the clinic functions as a chiropractor/PT office — with a more clinical vibe, active therapy space, and occasional music — the treatment room itself is a calm, grounding environment designed for deep rest. Synergy is also where I see most of my private clients.
As an added offering, Synergy houses a private-suite contrast therapy room (infrared sauna + cold plunge), available as an optional add-on for those interested in deeper systemic support.
I also treat at Glow Birth & Body in Roscoe Village — a practice centered on prenatal and postpartum care that welcomes all looking for therapeutic bodywork.

Arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in, use the restroom, have water, and transition out of your day. If you're running late, just let our team know — I’ll always do my best to make your session feel spacious.
Synergy Spine & Performance – Lincoln Square
The clinic is located within a short walk of the Addison Brown Line and several bus routes. Street parking is usually available on nearby residential streets; allow a few extra minutes during peak hours. When you arrive, check in at the front desk and I’ll meet you shortly.Glow Birth & Body – Roscoe Village
Glow is easily accessible by transit and street parking. You will receive a confirmation text from our off-site admin team that includes the door code. The space is quiet and intentionally designed for soft landings—once inside, remove your shoes and have a seat. If needed, use the restroom located at the end of the hallway. I’ll come greet you when your appointment begins. -
Due to school scheduling, I’ve put a temporary hold on concierge treatments.
Prior to this, I would exclusively do concierge treatments with existing clients or when referred from trusted practitioners.
You can still inquire about availability, as I have some flexibility on school breaks. However, the best way to schedule regular, ongoing treatments is at Synergy Spine & Stability.
-
At both locations, treatments are 55min and 85min respectively.
Additionally, Glow Birth & Body offers 70min treatments.
-
If you schedule with me at Synergy Spine & Performance and use insurance to work with a chiropractor at that practice, there is a high probability that treatment with me will be covered through insurance.
In private practice, or booking at Synergy without first seeing a chiropractor, treatment would be considered out-of-pocket.
-
Treatment ranges from $140-280 depending on the length of time and location. Packages and memberships are available at a discounted rate.
-
I value access to affordable care. Therefore, gratuity is always welcomed but never expected.
As per policy at Glow Birth & Body, gratuity is included in the price of treatment. If you visit me at this location, a review on Google is a lovely tip.

I do not have a one-size-fits-all approach and treat based on the unique constitution of each individual. I have various tools that range from gentle to powerful, and meet your body where it is at.

Yes! I encourage collaborations with your other healthcare providers so we can be on the same page regarding your treatment plan. I welcome relationships with functional medicine providers, acupuncturists, chiropractors, therapists, health coaches, surgeons and more. All communication is HIPPA compliant.

I’m a queer, non-binary, and inclusive LGBTQ+ practitioner.
I often treat clients pre & post surgery with pain management, scar mobilization, somatic embodiment and more. I welcome you to share as much or as little as needed for you to feel comfortable.

It depends — but often, yes.
My availability for events is limited, yet I genuinely love bringing this work into group spaces.
With 2–6 months notice, depending on the size and scale, I can usually make it happen.Every event is unique, and I’m happy to collaborate on the vision, the mood, and the offerings so they feel aligned with your needs.

Yes! I absolutely adore “match-making” patients to practitioners.
There are many reasons as to why you and I may not be able to work together, including scheduling, location, availability, etc. Don’t fret! I love referring clients to other bodyworkers, and have a few very talented folks I trust around the city.
If you’re looking for acupuncturists, chiropractors, craniosacral therapists, physical therapists or pelvic floor PTs, birth specialists, energy workers, grief workers, psychics, you name it—I probably know someone. Don’t hesitate to reach out!

About me
I am a bodyworker rooted in both clinical precision and the quiet intelligence of the body.
My work blends biodynamic craniosacral therapy, lymphatic drainage, therapeutic massage and shiatsu, amongst other modalities. I am currently completing my Master’s in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine, which continues to deepen the ways I listen to somatic patterns and the movement of qi.
I practice from the belief that the body is not a machine to be fixed but a living ecosystem that responds to attention, gentleness, and informed touch.
My approach bridges evidence-informed technique with intuitive perception—meeting each person with both scientific grounding and an attunement to the subtler rhythms that shape wellbeing. I strive to offer work that is regulated, collaborative, and rooted in consent, allowing clients to relax into a sense of safety that makes deeper healing possible.
A throughline in my life has been sensitivity—sensory, emotional, and somatic.
What was once perceived as an obstacle has now become one of my greatest tools. As a practitioner, it allows me to perceive nuance in the nervous system, follow micro-shifts in tissues and breath, and meet clients with a level of presence that feels both attentive and unintrusive. This sensitivity shapes my clinical curiosity and informs my commitment to slow medicine, embodiment, and honoring each person’s natural pace.
I hold deep reverence for your unique healing path.
My role is not to direct your process, but to collaborate with it—to offer informed suggestions, grounded touch, and a space where your system can reorganize in its own time. I am continually inspired by the ways people return to themselves: more connected, more rooted, and more alive.
