Booking

You may inquire about booking a treatment via email. Once the booking link is sent, please respond within 48-72 hours to guarantee your preferred time.

Deposits

Deposits are only required when services exceed 2 hours within a given day, or when 2 or more people plan to receive treatment in the same location. Within 24-hours of booking the appointment, confirm your appointment time by sending a 25% deposit via Venmo @cameronzsand or Zelle camsand@gmail.com. If a deposit is not sent within 24-hours, you may forfeit your preferred time slot.

Cancellations

Please cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours notice.

Appointments with a deposit that are cancelled less than 48 hours are able to use the deposit fee to reschedule within seven days. Rescheduling is subject to limited availability. The deposit will be forfeited if unable to reschedule within 10 days or when rescheduling more than once for a single appointment.

All appointments cancelled within 24 hours are subject to be charged 100% for the treatment.

Emergency cancellations are honored on a case-by-case basis, and cannot exceed more than 1x/year.

Location

Treatments are unable to be accommodated in locations that have more than three sets of stairs without access to an elevator.

If your location has a massage table with all appropriate tools, a discount may be applied and must be discussed prior to booking.

Gift Cards

Treatments booked with a gift card are waived the initial deposit fee, if applicable. If canceling an appointment less than 48 hours without rescheduling, or rescheduling more than once for a single appointment, the deposit fee will be deducted from the gift card amount. If canceling within 24 hours, the cost of the appointment will be deducted from the gift card.
